Today was a rather slow day, dealing mostly with waiting in the lab and relaxing back at the dormitory. The weather has remained nice, and today it was sunnier than it has been in a long while. We expect the smog to return soon, but the rain that we had a few days ago really cleared out the air. It's been nice.

	The spinning disk evenly spreads the liquid coating over the wafer.
	Feng collecting some of the coating to apply to a wafer.
	Once coated, the wafers are annealed in a RTP (Rapid Thermal Process) oven.
