Andrew Juarez

Major: Electrical Engineering

Andrew is a third year undergraduate student majoring in electrical engineering. He is actively involved with campus IEEE chapter, works as a laboratory assistant for the electrical engineering workshop, and as a research assistant for the UCR Laboratory for Terrahertz and Terrascale Electronics(LATTE). He is the second second generation in his familiy to go on to college, and plans on attended graduate school upon completion of his undergraduate degree.

Jorge Carillo

Major: Electrical Engineering

Jorge is a fourth year undergraduate student majoring in Electrical Engineering. He is the first in his family to attend a university and he plans going on to graduate school upon completion of his undergraduate studies.

Jacob Leung

Major: Computer Engineering

Jacob is a third year undergraduate student majoring in computer engineering. He believes that this program has allowed him the opportunity to gain research experience abroad. He also thinks that this will help him in the future to prepare for other research opportunities to be encountered later on.
