EE 135 Analog Integrated
Circuit Layout
and Design
The objective of this course is to introduce the student to CMOS analog
integrated circuit layout and design. This course covers CMOS
integrated
circuit design, layout and verification using the Cadence CAD
tools. Topics covered are analog MOSFET models, current sources and
sinks, references, amplifier design, nonlinear analog circuits, dynamic
analog circuits, ADCs and DACs.
